These terms describe the use of FamilyPlan, Premium features and App Store subscriptions.

These terms apply to the FamilyPlan iOS app, the public pages on familyplan.cloud and FamilyPlan Premium features. Downloads through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s terms and, unless a separate EULA applies, Apple’s standard end user license agreement.
Users are responsible for ensuring that family profiles, calendars, tasks, lists, chat messages, budget data, recipes, school information and location sharing are used lawfully and with the agreement of the affected family members.
Location features are voluntary and may only be used when the affected person, or the responsible guardians for children, agrees to sharing. Location sharing can be disabled in the app.
FamilyPlan may include free and paid features. Paid Premium features are processed through Apple StoreKit and the Apple App Store. Prices, durations, taxes, free trials and available products are shown before purchase in the app or Apple purchase dialog.
Apple subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in time through the Apple ID or App Store subscription management. Refunds and payment processes for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Account and data actions are available in the app under Settings > Data & Account. More information is available at familyplan.cloud/en/data-deletion.
FamilyPlan is developed carefully, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Features, designs, prices and scope may change over time.
FamilyPlan supports everyday family organization but does not replace checking important appointments, school information or safety-related details yourself. For questions, contact kontakt@familyplan.cloud.
