We help with questions about the app, family features, subscriptions, account deletion and data deletion.

You can reach FamilyPlan support by email at support@familyplan.cloud. Please include a short description of the issue, the affected feature and whether you use FamilyPlan on iPhone or iPad. This helps us understand whether your request is about calendars, tasks, shopping lists, school schedules, rewards, budgeting or an account topic.

Setup and family sharing

If you are setting up FamilyPlan for the first time, we can help with family groups, invitations, profiles and roles. Please describe where you get stuck and whether other family members have already been invited.

For synchronization questions, concrete examples are useful, such as whether a calendar event, task, shopping list or school schedule entry is missing on only one device. Please describe the technical situation instead of sending private content.

Premium, purchases and restoration

Purchases and subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store. If FamilyPlan Premium is not recognized after changing devices or reinstalling the app, first try restoring purchases inside the app. If that does not work, tell us whether you are using the same App Store account and what message appears in FamilyPlan. You do not need to send your Apple ID.

Account and data deletion

The app includes account and data actions under Settings > Data & Account. If you need help, send us a short description of the issue. For purchase or subscription questions, Apple receipt or transaction information may be helpful.

Privacy and safe handling

FamilyPlan is built for real family organization, so we handle support requests with care and only ask for details that are needed to solve the issue. For privacy questions, account actions and data deletion, the public pages below explain the available options, and we can help by email if you are unsure which step is right.

Please avoid unnecessary family data

Please do not send real family data, child information, addresses, live locations, private calendar content, chat messages or budget details unless needed for the request. A short problem description is usually enough.

Response time

We try to answer support requests promptly. For technical issues, a short sequence of steps, the affected app version, your device type and whether the issue happens always or only sometimes can speed things up. Please only send screenshots when they do not show private family, child, location or budget data.
